H1B transfer,,,,Murali, your comment please

I am on H1B and working for an Indian company. I am in the US for 2.5 years. My company pays me Living expense in USD and salary in Indian rupees paid in India. Will there be any problem getting my H1 transferred due to my paystubs? I get two paystubs, one for Indian rupees which is my salary and one for living allowance paid in USD. I have tax returns & W2 for last 2 years.

IF you are getting W2 that means you must be getting atleast some proff of payments ?
so that should be OK.
