DS-156, Visa cancelled or revoked? Very Urgent

My husband had a L1 visa some time back and when we went for our H1 stamping, the still valid L1 visa was "cancelled without prejudice". Now should we say "YES" to question # 35 in DS 156 - Visa cancelled or revoked??

Please reply at the earliest.

Thats OK. Say No there.
"cancelled without prejudice" is not actually somehting which is "canceled" in this context.
That cancellation is due to the fact that at one point of time you cant hold more then one valid stamp in your passport.
