DD send through REMIT2INDIA.COM has returned with PAID ALREADY

Hi,

I have send a Money Remitance through REMIT2INDIA.COM, When we submited the DD for collection in Bank, the DD has returned as "PAID ALREADY". I have the original DD with me.

I have communicated the same to REMIT2INDIA.com and send them the scanned copy of the DD. However they have not responded at all and they have not even acknowledged my communication.

What should I do ?
