Earning salary in USA.Purchased site in India on bank loan and paying interest.CAN i CLAIM TAX EXEMPTION HERE.

No. You can not calim tax deduction on Indian properties. If you are a foriegn investor then you need to declare global income and then you need to claim but which is complicated. You could ask CPA more on this.
