Hi All,
I am seeking advice from you all regarding our current situation.I came to US in Dec 2007 on L1 visa.My husband accompanied me on L2 visa. He soon got a transfer to L1 visa within 2 months and started working with his employer.
Now the thing is I am pregnant and we want to visit India during my 5th month of pregnancy. Since my husband has to get his L1 stamping done and I want to get L2 along with him, we will have to go for stamping in India.
My concern is will there be a problem if I go for L2 stamping when I am pregnant. Both of us have been working in US and have paystubs to show and also have medical insurance. I have heard many rumours that dependent visa is not given for pregnant ladies...that is why I am worried :confused: .
Please guide me here.
