Parents Visit to son in USA

hi,
my brother went to USA on March 2008 with L1 Visa and TCS(his company) is sponsor,and my sister-in-Law joined him after 3 months as dependent(L2) Visa.My brother will be going 2 stay in USA till July 2009.Mean while we have an intention to send our Parents to USA for a duration on 1 month and my brother as sponsor.
Plz let me know if any chances for our parents to send for 1 month.Are they eligible to apply for visa as my brother is staying in USA since 5 months only. Plz mention the type of Visa to apply and process in brief. Thankyou in advance.

Thankyou for ur prompt response.Iam in a confusion that some of my friends are telling that as my brother didn't complete one year in USA,so our parents are not eligible to apply. Is it correct.If not i'll be the happiest person in the earth.Please let me know whether they are eligible or not.
