Hi Friends
We are travelling to India and will be using our AP ,I have the following questions:
1. What are the questions you can expect at the port of entry?
2. Recently my husband switched his employer and is planning to file AC21. So if the officer asks about the employer should we say the new employer or the old employer who filed our GC?
3.Will there be any issues if we don't file AC21?
4.Do we need to carry any additional documents like I-485 receipt notices ?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated
