The new company gives Cigna (EPO) or Kaiser (HMO) health insurance -

Please tell me which is better?

Kaiser may be cheap but has restrictions that you must visit only a Kaiser facility, where as the other one, sounds like a PPO plan and you may visit any facility/doctor from their list of providers.

EPO is similar to PPO. The only difference is that out of network is not covered in EPO whereas PPO covers 70% approx.

I'm almost deciding to go with EPO.
