Travel to India(Urgent)

Hi All,
I came to US on H1B in dec 2007. I am travelling to India for a week. What are the documents that i have to carry with me. I have not been on a project since dec 2007. I dont have any pay stubs. I have done my stamping in India before entering US.

Since you have already stamped and has a valid visa stamping in your passport, just get a employment verification letter plus leave sanction letter for one week vacation from your employer.

These two documents will prove that still you are working as an employee for the current company.

If you are not being paid, you have been out of status. If you have not had a job in more than 6 months, why are you returning to US?
