hi to everyone...actually i am in little bit confusion...i just want to know that after getting approval,ho w long i have to wait for my I797C number(work permit.what are the chances for gettin visa.

There is no time limit as such. It all depends on when your employer received it from USCIS and after that how soon your employer sends you all the documentation required for attending the interview.

Getting a visa depends on your employers track history (i.e. tax payments, profitability, no complaints with DOL, capable to pay you the salary) and your experience and education. There is no definite criteria defined for this too. It is based on many factors of employer and employee.
