Hey,
I have applied for H1 transfer on April 8 2008, It has been 3 months still my case status say "Case received and pending".
I would appreciate if anyone knows how to check what the problem is.

USCIS has lot of pending cases. The only way to solve the problem is by filing the premium process- $1000 to speed up the case.
