I am currently working on EAD. I got H1B visa approval. I am unaware that how many paystubs (payrolls) I have to carry with me while going for H1B Visa stamping? My company is running pay stub for every 15 days.
I have to be in India in first week of December (urgent). If my h1b status start from October, When should I able to appear for H1b Visa stamping?
If I have 1.5 month paystubs (October and 1/2 of November), will it be enough to go for Visa stamping?
Also After getting Visa stamp, How much duration I can stay outside of USA?
Please help me regarding this issues, its very urgent.
Thank You,

You must have the paystubs from the date of joining the job with your employer. eg: from october 08 to till date of visa stamping. Along with pay stubs please take employment verification letter and leave sanction letter from your employer.
Once the visa is stamped, then you stay for the entire leave period sanctioned by your employer. There is no restriction that you have to enter US immediately after your visa stamping.
if you are coming after 6 or 8 months after visa stamping then please have current employment offer letter from the employer stating that the job is still open for you.
Also have your current Bank statement in US for visa interview.

Does it mean that there is no 2 month pay stub rule??

There is no two month rule. Some will do the stamping immediately and some will do the stamping only after 2 years also whenever they go out of US. Stamping depends according to each individual's necessity.
