Hello,
R B1/B2 visa type being stamped on the passport, does it allow me to visit USA for pleasure travel and or Business? Am I allowed to buy realestate in USA possesing this type of visa?

B1/B2 is for business and tourist purpose.
I dont think you can purchase property , unless have a TAX payer ID.
