Visa for divorcee mother

Hi All,

I came to USA June 2007. I am working since Aug 2007.

I am sponsoring my mother who is in India. My concern is that she is divorcee and I am the only son.

Her daughter (my sister) is in UK permanently.

We have our own property in India.

I have bank balance around $15000.00.

How are the possibilities of her getting visa??
How can I ensure that she gets the visas??

Please advise.

You can do nothing but supply documents supporting her visit. She must qualify for the visa on her own merits. Look at the numerous posts on this forum on the matter.
