Reg Visitor's visa to the US

HI,

My mom has got her visitor's visa stamped and she has already been here in the US for a span of 4 months and gone back.

Now I am processing visa for my dad.Once he gets his visa my praents would be travelling here together.

I want to know if I'll have to mention my mom's name in Q3 in I 134 under "Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person" and in DS 156, Q34, "Names and relationships of persons travelling with you".

Will there be any issues if I mention her name there or shouldn't I mention it at all?

Please clarify.

Put Moms name in application DS156 but not in I-134.
