Hi,
We would like to invite my brother-in-law for a trip during summer. Either myself or my wife will sponsor him.
He is still a student (of B.Com.) and also runs a restaurant in partnership in India (restaurant started during early 2008 and did not file Indian Income Tax yet. He will probably not file taxes for year ending March 2008, will start doing so starting March 2009).
He has no intention of studying or doing business in the US at this point but we do not want that his visa gets rejected. He should have a 'clean' visa record in case he ever wants to come here in the future.
What are his odds of getting a visitor visa and how should his case be presented? That is, as is or only as a student or as an entrepreneur?
Your responses are appreciated.
Thanks.
