2nd HDFC Bank Receipt Number

Hi Friends,
Our 1st HDFC Bank Receipt Number is on hold for 3 months because of I had changed appointment dates more than 2 times.

Now, we are planning to take another receipt so that we can take the appointment immediately instead of waiting for 3 months.

1. Is it allowed to take another receipt while 1st one on hold for 3 months?
2. If yes, can we use 1st receipt after 3 months if 2nd receipt rejects in case?
