forms(Ds-156) information clears every week

I have filled all information for my parents but unable to get appointment date for one week. so all the information i filled got cleared and i have to refill that.
even if i want to reschedule i have to fill all information again. Is there any work-around ?

Do not think so.
As the website says, data is stored for max of 7 days.

I found that the date on which you want to book dates, you could enter your data about 18-20 days prior to that date.

If you have confirmed interview date, the data will be there until your interivew date (You can update certain fields upto two days prior to the date) else it will be erased after 7 days. You may try this way. Fill your info, and on the 7th day (if you did not get date), try changing some data and save it again. May be you will get another seven days. I did not had a chance to try this way, but hope it should work. And if you did this way, please do not forget to post your observation and this is worked out, you will be helping people in the same situation.
