I 134 and DS256 query

I am going to sponser my parents. I am having query is it compulsorry to take print of I134 form to both side of page like VFS needs for DS256 OR may i use single paper for singe page(4 for 4).

Also My parents are going to appear interview in local language and i am going to schedule online appointment.So is there any need to mention in DS256 question no 40(application prepared by) my name.

1. It is recommended to take a back to back printout. But not mandatory.

2. No need.
