Visitors Visitor Visa Docs in case of recent H1 - B Transfer

Hi friends,

I have a a querry and trying to clarify my doubts kindly help me

My husband is on H1 and next july he is going to start with a new company say B Company....doing his H1-B transfer

We want our parents to come to US in Sep 1st week since my big day is in Sep last week. i want to send them for visa interview some were in july end or August 1st week

My Querries:

We need to submit the recent pay stubs....So the last we will be having is June Pay stub that is of company A were in he is in Company B now

Will the recent change in company will effect the visa stamping??

How do we present this in front of the counsulate??

Kindly help me out to sort this and my parents come to me on time.... Plzzz looking farward for your advices and feasible solutions..

Which ever is last and latest. ( A or B does not matter)

NO, it wont , make sure to have a employment verification letter accordingly.

How do we present this in front of the consulate ?
Show the documents when and only when they ask. :) during the interview.

Employment letter says you are in company B currently and the recent Paystub says that you are an employee of company A ......

Can I send My Parents and my sister togeather for Visitor visa ...She recently completed he BTech...
