Got Visa Rejection Letter Under 221(g) Blue -- Help me

Hello Seniors,


Please help me.

I got a 221(g) blue in october, 2007 saying that document review.

Recently when i asked for an update with consulate, after 2 weeks they sent me a letter saying that "Your petitioner does not appear to be either able or willing to provide qualifying employment in the United States in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations." so we are not able to issue an H-1B temporary work visa.

when i asked my petitioner he says we didn't received any query from INS, so we don't have any information about your case. And those people are saying please wait until INS contacts us(petitioner).

My question is after issuing this letter and which describes that the Petitioner is not qualified for employment, INS is going to contact my petitioner once again ?.:confused:

I don't know whether i've to believe my petitioner or not ? :confused:

best is to wait DOS to send a notification to USCIS and then USCIS will let ur company know. if ur comp doesn't hear in 3-4 weeks. ask them to contact and clear the issues raised by DOS.
