Regrading H1B Employer Change

Dera Gurus,

I have doubt regrading H1 employer change. Suppose my H1B has been processed by Employer A and once I got the H1B stamping into my passport then instead of joining Employer A in US I joined through some other employer in US is it possible.

Conclusion: Is it mandatory that I will have to work at least once for emploeyer who processed my H1B in US or I can go to US through other employer as well once i got H1B stamping?

NO, You cannot go through another employer with the H-1B stamping of previous employer. You are still in India.

You have to join the employer who has sponsored H-1B for you.

After working for two or three months only H-1b transfer is possible only if you are inside the US and also you have the current paystubs for the employer whom you worked

I have got a H1B visa some times back and have entered US recently and my visa is expiring by this december 2008(stamp gave for 2 years only).I may go out of US by nov.so is it possible to extend my H1B visa from my nation(Other country)??
If not what i have to do??
