Can any senior members in this forum suggest me in this issue Plz. My friend applied for H1 Transfer through company B from company A in Premimum processing.There was a query about the company B tax docs and attorney is working on that to reply USCIS.
After she got Receipt number she started working with company B.Currently they are provinding traning on another platform as the market is in recession and for these 2 or 3 months they are running a paystub for 500$ as stipend and paying her by provinding accomodation and another benifits.Will that paystub will be valid with such a low amount.Because she is planning to go for H1 Stamping as her visa expires in sep after the transfer gets completed.
Can she carry the paystub run for 500$ for stamping because her training is for another 2 months and she needs to carry the same paystubs to consulate for stamping as it expires in another 2 months.In consulate Will they accept a paystub that was run for 500$.Is she legal on H1 or will she have problem because of this?the same in the consulate for stamping or will there be any issue.Can anyone please suggest on this?
I came to know through another friend that Accorining to LCAthere is some 45K that should be a minimum wage for H1B holder.Can any senior members in this site please suggest on this?Do anyone had any experiences like this in the past.
