Hi there. My H1-B visa got approved last year (transfered from F-1 to H1-B) but I haven't got the visa stamped as yet. Currently, I am getting all documents ready for my parent's visitor visa. I have my I797. Will that be enough? Would it cause some problem if I don't have my H1-B visa stamped? Please help! Thanks.
