Homeopathy adn Psychotherapy in USA

Hello,
Does anyone know about the state laws that regulate the licensing for practising homeopathy and Psychotherapy in USA and Canada?
I am aware that different states have different laws. Guide me to the web sites that will help me know the laws of each state, and what I can do to get a license to practice there.

Check the state statues for the states you are interested in.

I doubt that you will find many - if any - states that license homeopathic practices.

Psycotheraphy required advanced degrees and has strict licensing as well. If you do not have BS, MS, and PhD in psycology, it is doubtful you will be able to practice as a ;icensed therapist.

Are there any opportunities for the Hoemopathic degrees in USA. One of my friend did his BHMS Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (degree; India)

Please let us know if any one has any options for him here in USA/Canada.
