Urgent Ques regarding 221g Administrative Processing

Hi All,

I attended H1B visa interview on 24 April'2008, and I got 221(g) pink form, that my case is under 'Administrative request Pending' but when I checked the case list in (http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/nivadminprocnewdelhi.html) is doesn't showed my Passport No.

I asked New Delhi Embassy, and to my surprised they said below:-

"You can not retrieve your case online because it is in under different kind of administration processing. Your case is still pending with the consular officer for further desk review"

I took all paper's required for Visa stamping and all my papers are genuine. Why they suspend my case for "Administrative Processing" ?

Can Anyone help me with their previous experiences or else where I should contact?

I also want to know, Can I make a case against Visa officer who took my interview ? As I see no problem in my case, All my Exp is genuine and I am working a reputed MNC for past 4 years !

Please advice and reply.

Do not get nervous.... Wait patiently and if your credentials and your employer's credentials (who sponsored your H1) are genuine, you will definitly get H1 stamping.

You have to cool down before coming to a quick conclusion. Your experience and credentials might be genuine but they also want to double check that your US employer is capable of providing a job for you. Other way round, they are helping you to be comfortable when you are in US. So you have to be more patient. Please go through this forum threads where you will understand how several people are waiting for months and years too. Understand the reality and bear with your process. And don't get carried away with your angry over VO. If you want to know enquire with them with utmost patience and humbly.

Be positive and you will have what you want.

I will wait and let see, I have still hopes on god and confidence on system !! Anyways thanks for your advice, it was really helpfull.

If you get a 221g Pink form, all they want is some additional information on the nature of job you are doing and probably the nature of Business or Research your company is doing. All they want is more detailed information.Thy would have probably asked you to provide additional information about your work or your employers work.(have they asked you to send more information via e-mail? If so Please send as detailed information as possible).You will definetly get the visa, but it may take more time.I have not seen a case where a 221g type suspension of the process was ever rejected.They will eventually get the vis

Be cool and patient till you get it stamped. My case was pending for 5 months and they asked me to submit ppt now.
