Dependent's travel when H1B is under transfer

Hi,

What would the immigration officer at the Port of Entry mention on the dependents' I-94 when the H1b is under transfer and when the dependents travel to the US during the transfer period?

Or would it be a problem at the PoE for the dependents?

I think there should not be any problem.

Your family can travel to US if their H4 visa is valid. They can travel using your previous employer's H4 even after you transfer your H1 to another employer provided they carry a copy of your new approval petition of your transfer.
