Difference between refusal and rejection

i have applied for B1 visa on 9th April, It was refused under 221(g) stating further administrative processing required. I am working in a reputed MNC and my journey to US is very important for a short period.

Till know there was no response from consulate.....

When i called down to Consulate they were saying "Pending Process"

Can i able to appear again :confused:

Is that can i able to go directly to Consulate :confused:

If your are going for other than B1, yes you can go but if you planned for same B1 for same company then you can't because your previous request is still pending.
