Filling I-134

Question 9 - I has previoly submitted affidavit of support for my mom last year (2007). She came to USA and then went back as her visa was only for 3 months. For her visa again, do I have to give her details again in question# 9 or say "None" as she already travelled USA and then went back to India?

you will have to specify her name and when you last filed I-134 for her in this question in the current I-134
