Hi,

I'm an indian holding us citizenship passport. I've applied for my mother's visa , interview is on 6th may '08. i want my sister who is a divorcee (she is a state govt. employee in india ) to join my mother.

will there be any refusal though they will return after 3 months.

They both must demonstrate their ties to their home. There is no way of knowing how a VO might view their applications. Help them prepare the documents as suggested on the forum. Some say that it is difficult for a single woman to obtain a visa, but there are many who have received one. It depends very much on the individual.
