Tax thro IBSN

Hi,

We are filing Taxes thro IBSN, they reviewed our doc and we did the payment too, now they havnt filed our tax yet.

we have been tring to reach them for the past 15 days no reply, so since its closer to the day of filing we really dont no wat to do.

wat will happenin if they also file and if we also send a paper file, will 2 filing create any problem

pls help/suggest

They are a company who cheats. They have not filed for my State Tax for 2006. And after repeated requests throughout last year, they sent it couple of weeks back. Do it through some reputed company like Turbotax or HR Block or TaxCUT.
