W2 forms mandatory?

Hi,

I am planning to sponsor my parents for visitor visa, I am in US for past 3months only on H1B. When i see the documents required for processing visitor visa, it says 'recent few W2 forms'. But i dont have any W2 form, can i go ahead and sponsor for my parents or will this be a problem?

W2 may not be a problem, but the reason for their trip is weak in ur case as u had just left 3 months back. VO will simply ask why do u want to visit ur son when he left just now... you may want to prepare for that more importantly...
