You have not supplied anywhere near enough information for anyone to help you. Go to the IRS website or almost any new website and read up on the criteria.

IRS website says the following about economic stimulus package.
Can you use an ITIN instead of an SSN? Taxpayers with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) instead of an SSN are not eligible to receive a stimulus payment. Both people listed on a "married filing jointly" return must have valid SSNs to qualify for the payment — if only one has a valid SSN, neither can receive the payment.

Look at married filing seperately. See if you can get the refund and whether it is more than you would save with the married standard deduction.
It should be easy to do if you are using the software.

Married filing jointly I save more than filing separately and getting stimulus package alone for me.
