very very urgent, please help me

I am in US and my inlaws are in India. After a long time I could find the suitable appointment dates (new delhi embassy) for my inlaws, but after filling ds156 forms, when i fill the mailing address for passports, I am not able to continue to schedule the dates, only one message popsup 'postal code not serviceable'. I thought there is something wrong with pin code so tried adifferent address with different pin code, but again the same message. I dont know what to do, has anyone encountered this problem,please respond.
Please suggest what should i do now.

That means Bluedart does not service your location. Ask your inlaws to collect passport personally or at some alternative address.

thankyou so much, I selected one of the blue dart locations in delhi for delivery of passport, does that mean they will hold the passports there and will not dispatch them to the home address mentioned in ds 156?

Yes you will have to collect your passport from Delhi address only
