Hi

My in-laws got their multiple entry visitor visa last year and intend to fly to US alongwith my wife who is on a vacation in India. I had a few questions,

1. I suppose my in-laws travelling after 1 year of getting the visa is not a problem. I intend to send them an invitation letter with recent doc. of my employment proof. Any other docs to send ?

2. Can they go for the immigration alongwith my wife ? Any catches here ?

3. Lastly they might stay here for abt 3 months and plan to come back in the next year or so. Will there be any issue in this ?

Your inputs are much appreciated.

Cheers
Kishy

1.You do n't need to send any invitation letter but they need your address to fill I94 form.
2.No problem to go for interview with their daughter at port of entry.
3.Since they are comming to USA for the first time, it is always better, they stay for a shorter duration of 3 months and come back next year and stay for 6 months or the period mentioned in I94 at that time
