my case is different one im deported wuth cancellation of my visa from chicago airport. so after a gap of one year i applied again for the us visa . my interview was on 5th april 2008. the visa officer cheked all my papers of my academic recored . my sponser ship papers. my husband job letter.my invitation letter from usa to appear in exam.
after 20 to 25 minutes of interview the visa officer rejected my application. saying that sorry he cant grant me visa as because i hv previously attempted for 7 months stay . i taken my papers and retuned with disappoinment.
