Hi
I have a few questions about I-134.

1) Do we need to fill out separate I-134 for my father and mother. This web site says one is enough. I came across this wewbsite which states that we need a separate I-134 for each applicant.
http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=fe3647a55773d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D

2) My wife sponsored (I-134) for her parents last year and they got their visa. For question # 9 should I tell that I sponsored my parents In law. For Ds-156 for my parents I have mentioned in question # 28 that Son's family as support. Since my wife sponsored her parents, but in her parents DS156 we mentioned (# 28) the support as daughters family, Do I need to mention that I sponsored my in laws for question # 9 in I-134.

One more question regarding DS-157.
While scheduling an appointment I had to fill out DS157 for my mother only. Since the website did not ask to fill out DS157 for my dad, Is it some sort of error? Do I need to fill out a separate DS157 for my father.

Any Suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your time

1. No you don't need to fill out separate I134 forms for your father and mother, one form is fine.

2. If your wife has sponsored your in-laws then you don't need to mention it in I134 for your parents as you are sponsoring it.

3. DS-157 needs to be filled for people in age-group of 15-55.

As per the I-134 guidelines it says as below
'A separate affidavit must be submitted for each person'. I am planning to invite my sister and brother in law. Do I have to prepare two affidavit one for my sister and one for my brother in law or one affidavit for both of them. Also do I have to send any proof for owning a house in USA like property tax or some other documents.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks
