Hi,

Could you please help me with the following?
1. Can I sponsor both my parents and in-laws (4) and send all of them together with same appointment?
2. Can I send single set of documents for all of them?
3. How much balance should I show?
4. Me and my wife both don’t have birth certificates? Are these compulsory if they are appearing for visa interview in Chennai?
5. Do my parents and in-laws required to carry their property original documents or can they carry notarized documents mentioning their financials?
6. Can I send single notarized I-134 for all 4?

1. Can I sponsor both my parents and in-laws (4) and send all of them together with same appointment?

- Yes you may. At the time of interview the officer may want to call for interview one family at a time.

2. Can I send single set of documents for all of them?

- No send 2 separate, one for each family.

3. How much balance should I show?

- There is no offcial limit, More is good. $10K+

4. Me and my wife both don’t have birth certificates? Are these compulsory if they are appearing for visa interview in Chennai?

- Not sure, I dont think in Chennai it is must, read other experience on this website.

- notarized documents should work.

6. Can I send single notarized I-134 for all 4?

No, send 2 , one for each family.
