NET Income DS134 Form

Hi ,
What value we need to put in the net income in the DS134 Affidavit,In my employment letter there is gross income and bonus.I have to put sum of gross and bonus amount or only the gross amount.

Either of that will do, that mainly a formality more is good to put the gross.
