Hi Murali / Simran / Other Seniors,
Iam currently working for Employer A. Iam having all the paystubs from this employer. Meanwhile i have got a nice opportunity from Employer B and i want to transfer my H1B to Employer B. But before Joining Employer B i have 15 days of time to go to India and come back by applying H1Transfer. So I have the following doubts about my case.
1. Iam going for H1 Transfer to Employer B, and my employer is suggesting me to join the company with the Transfer receipt before approval is properly done. Is it safe to Join the Employer B by losing employment with Employer A.
Somebody told that if take employment with B without Approval, then i will lose the visa status with old Employer. If something happens wrong and my Transfer gets rejected with New Employer will i be troubles. Please quickly answer me.
2. Can I go for H1 Transfer with Premium Processing.
3. As I have applied for H1 Transfer and going to India, what are all the documents i need to carry to show at my Port of Entry. Currently iam taking leave letter from my current Employer.
