I did masters from US three years back and name on my I-20 was different than my passport. Last name on my I-120 was my fathers family name(last name) and rest of the name was same as on passport, I was issued F-1 Visa with no issues but as per name that I had on my Passport and that name didnt have my last name as on my I-20.

I graduated with masters and the name on it is the one which I had on my
I-20. Now I have been sponsored H-1 Visa and company has put same name that was there on my I-20 and US Masters degree. Let me clear this up giving an example.

Passport Name: John desai
Fathers name: Desai Alex khund
F-1 Visa name: John desai
I-20 Name: John Khund
Masters Degree from US name: John desai Khund
Social Security Name: John desai Khund
Name as on my H-1 docs: John desai Khund.

I just wanted to find out will this create any issues for H-1 approval or visa stamping as my name on all previous US documents is John desai Khund not John desai. Please help as H-1 filling is about to happen and I am confused on this.
