I plan to travel to US for a vacation next year for 1 month. I have had my status declined due to leaving the US last because my mother died.
Should proof of my UK mortgage, which I m paying myself, be enough proof that I will be returning to UK or do I need other proof? If I do what would you suggest? Should I tell them my husband is living in US or not? I am trying to do everything legally nd above board.
I travel on a B2 visa.
Any help would be useful.
