Regarding property declaration

My father is appearing for his interview in chennai on Oct 20th. He does not have House property on his name but he does own a land in chennai. But my brother has a car and a Flat in chennai and I also have a Flat in chennai. Can my dad show that as his property or do they strictly need to be on my dad's name.

I dont think that your brother's property can be legally shown as your fathers property so no need to include that.
