Need Help - I134 Form

I have completed my 6 year limit on H1. I am currently in pending Adjustment of Status (I-485 stage). I have my EAD and AP approved but my I-140 is still pending. Please advise what should I put as my legal status in clolumn 1D on the I-134 affidavit of support form. My father has Oct 20th appoinment at the chennai consulate.

Am I not supposed to state my legal status anywhere on the form. If I don't list will this in any way cause a problem for my dad's visa.

Ur legal status is determined by the supporting documentation u send such as passport / i94 copies, EAD, etc.

This information does not appear on the I134 document.
