I'm sponsoring a visitor visa to my parents.

I'm sending the I-94 along with the letter from the bank. The I-94 says that the bank should state the total amount deposited in the past year in the account verification letter. But my bank (Wachovia) said it will take a long time to get that information, like 5 to 10 days and I need to fill in some forms. etc. to get that information.

So I got the bank letter with just my present balance stated in it without the total of deposits in last year.

Could you tell me if this will be a problem when my parents appear for the interview? I'm concerened...

Thanks

I typed the name of the affidavit of support wrongly as I-94... I meant to type I-134. Please someone help me on this one as I'm concerned...

Thanks

you are concerned because you are not following instructions on I-134 correctly. Get the 12 months deposit summary - even if it takes time or costs you money.

In Acount varification letter the total Blanace as of the date should be OK and thats normally the standard formate is.

Your regular bank starment which has transctions details, is your bank statment ( just one for the last month ) should be OK.

You should send bith "Account varification Letter" and Bank statement as well.
