1.In how many days (after birth) can a new born baby get his/ her SSN, US passport and a PIO card? We are in the US but are about to return to India after the birth of our baby. (May return again later).
2. Please advice what kind of time frame one has to keep for baby's vaccination and if that can continue in India (I am sure India has all the facilites but am trying to make double sure).
3. What is the youngest age a kid can fly on an international airline - with no risk to himself/ herself and least nuisance to fellow passengers.

1. the SSN documents should be taken care by the hospital itself , if not go to nearest SSN office( ssa.gov), it should be taking weeks time to get it.
Birth certificate document should also be taken by the hospital, if not contact your county birth record office.
once you have both go to nearest post ofice to apply for the US passport and it should come in 15 days generally.
2.Once you have the passport apply for Indian visa or PIO card at nearest Indian consulate via mail or in person.

3. there is no such limit genrally 3 months+ is ok to travel.
