New I -94

Hi,
My mother came to visit US in Jan 2004 and we applied for extension in May 2004. Her Approval and I -94 was received in Sep 2004. But she left US in August 2004. She did not stayed for complete extra three months. We needed her extension just for 15 days but she got approval for three months. Since she already left US what should I do with her I -94. Should I keep with us or should we send it to INS.

Make a copy of it.
Also send an letter to USCIS , provide details about her departure and send a copy fo that I94 to them along with it , send the mail via certifed post and keep the receipt in your record.

I would also suggest to call USCIS service tel line and ask for the guidence, as thier policies can keep changing.
