My parents are going to face interview on Oct4th with my spouse sponsership documents....I am calling my parents for my delivery..
Me and my brother are here in US and only children..My parents if they are asked about their children..what should they say??
both in US?? Will that effect their visa???

My father is in Govt service(School Head Master) got all permission from his department...

Brother came on F1 in 2001...now he is on H1

Please reply ASAP...

Two months back ,i read in this forum, many of them,
similar to yours, had negative results on getting visa....
hey, i didn't mean discourage you....

but, this month, i read couple of people got visa, though all thier children
are outside India, even one of our friend's parents got visa with similar case,
on sep 14,hope this encourages ...!

so,don't worry and be possitive !!!

surendra & jay-anu,

my in-laws got visa for one year,(interview date sep 29)
and both the children are here (2 sons)...

when they were asked, they replied 2 sons are here in usa only...

so,don't worry !
