Hi

I have a b1 visa for 10 yrs, is there any way where we can convert b1 to h1. Please suggest me.

No, there is nothing called Convert from one visa type to other. Yes you can apply for a H1 visa if you qualify and once you get it, you can apply for "COS"( Change of status) if you are already physically present in USA.
