Question on column 10 in I-134

Hi,

I'm filling form I-134 as I'm trying to sponsor a visitor visa for my parents... I have a doubt...

Do I need to fill in column 10 ("That I have submitted visa petition(s) to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) on behalf of the following person(s)") in form I-134?

I have my wife here in the US on dependent (H4) visa. While applying for her visa, my company took care of all the applications and I'm not sure if I had to submit a petition on her behalf... I'm in the US on H1...
